Digestor, which is in RFPL’s main field of activity, is the general name of equipment used in the Silicate industries and providing an ideal environment for chemical reaction processes. It is generally the main equipment of the processes.
SA516 Gr.60/70 quality steel is mainly used in these systems, which are produced in large capacities, can operate under high pressure or vacuum, and where heating/cooling can be performed separately or all together. According to customer preferences and needs, they are also manufactured from carbon steel, Ss 304L quality stainless steel, Ss 316L quality stainless steel.
Capacity of Digestor we manufacturing in our plant is 5KL to 35KL, and Thickness of Material is 10mm to 50mm.
